They aim for root cause resolution and the level of detail provided means personalisation is built into the framework.
This depends on the severity and duration of your symptoms, and any contributing factors that may be non-modifiable (like anatomical issues or long-term medication use).
As a general guide:
- Symptom relief is typically noticed within the first 2–4 weeks
- Noticeable improvement is expected by 6–8 weeks
- Significant, lasting change is expected by 3 months when the strategies have been applied consistently
