All protocols have been written by Phoebe Liebling, a Registered Nutritional Therapist with over 13 years of clinical experience. Every recommendation is grounded in current scientific research and real-world outcomes from her clinical practice.

The protocols have been very carefully designed to educate and empower you with the knowledge to understand your own body and apply the strategies that are relevant to your specific symptoms, history, and circumstances. They aim for root cause resolution and the level of detail provided means personalisation is built into the framework.

This depends on the severity and duration of your symptoms, and any contributing factors that may be non-modifiable (like anatomical issues or long-term medication use).

As a general guide:

  • Symptom relief is typically noticed within the first 2–4 weeks
  • Noticeable improvement is expected by 6–8 weeks
  • Significant, lasting change is expected by 3 months when the strategies have been applied consistently

No special equipment is needed. Supplement guidance is included where relevant, with clear explanations of why and when they may help. Suggested products are included as examples but can be sourced independently, with no proprietary products required.

Yes. Each protocol includes specific guidance for those taking common medications or with overlapping conditions. Where adjustments may be necessary, they are clearly outlined.
